Future Funds
Integrilink installed a lighting control system for Future Fund in their L44 tenancy at 120 Collins St. The existing lighting control system was time based and turned on all tenancy lights during programmed work hours. Whilst this prevented lights being left on overnight, it still allowed excessive energy consumption caused by lights being on when not required. With the lighting control system installed to allow for local areas to be controlled by occupation sensors, this unwanted energy usage was eliminated.
