JHD Urbis
Integrilink were pleased to be selected to implement a tenancy wide lighting control system at JHD Urbis Melbourne office at 120 Collins St. Designed to reduce their energy consumption by allowing occupation sensors to control the existing lighting in the tenancy, this allowed the client to achieve significant savings on their energy bill without reducing lighting levels or requiring their staff to follow detailed manual light switching procedures.
The project was undertaken over the Christmas shut down period to minimize disruption to the clients normal working procedures and was completed on time.
